The KSR product range of electronic devices includes all equipment needed for the analysis and display of our sensors. Depending on the design, different standard signals are generated e.g. 4 - 20 mA, HART, Profibus, volt-free switch outputs.

KSR Measurement converters
The KSR measurement converters are used to convert a resistance signal at the input into a proportional analogue signal at the output. The following design variants are available:

Head transducers (loop fed / two wire) or measurement converters for installation in the switch cabinet
NEW: KSR TEH head transducer
Configuration using potentiometer or digitally through software (HART®, Profibus)
Output signal analogue or analogue/digital (HART®), linear or linearised
Integral digital display of the output signal is possible
Integral freely adjustable limits are possible
Intrinsically safe EEx ia is possible

KSR limit sensors
The KSR limit sensors are used to monitor limits in measurements of Current- Voltage unit signals. These signals can e.g. be fed into measurement converters from KSR. The Current- Voltage unit signals at the input are converted into a proportional internal voltage. A comparator compares this internal voltage with the set target figures.

KSR contact protection relays
The KSR contact protection relays transfer the binary switching signals from the contact sensor (e.g. magnetic float switch, magnetic switch) to relays. The following design variants are available:

Input 1- or 2-channel
Wire breakage and wire short circuit monitoring are possible
NAMUR possible
EEx ia control current circuit is possible
Volt-free relay output
Reversible effective direction possible
Minimum-Maximum control possible
Switch state indicator by LED possible

KSR Level Controller (electrode relays)
The KSR electrode relays operate on the conductive measurement process and can be used in conjunction with KSR rod electrodes for level monitoring or control of electrically conductive liquids.

KSR Power Supply PSLC242
The Type PSLC2 units are ready-to-connect mains units, suitable for mains voltages of 115V~ und 230V~. The output is volt-free to VDE 0551 and delivers a DC voltage of 24 V DC.
