Range of Applications
On engine test beds or roller dynamometer test beds to channel measuring gases to the analyser-room securely and according to norms.

Layout

• Stainless steel wall-insert with attached front plate and separate cover plate for the rear side.
• Slide-in module made of red anodized aluminium that contains the heated passages and connecting elements.
• The measuring gases are channelled through stainless steel pipes which are thermally insulated with PTFE liners.
• Temperature control is assured for all passages through a built-in sensor and an external controller.
• The system is engineered for permanent operating temperatures up to 250°C.
• The heated lines are connected on both sides with quick-connect fittings assuring uninterrupted heating
• Inlets can be colour coded according to customer specification. Unneeded inlets are closed with blind plugs.

Range of Applications and Layout

• On engine test beds or roller dynamometer test beds to connect heated lines securely and according to norms.
• Basic design as with WHQ but without the heated passages and connecting elements. Plugs and plug sockets to connect heated lines are on built in on both sides which are interconnected inside.
